Set to drop on October 7th, this new collection is a follow-up to her debut poetry book, Vulnerable AF — and if you loved that one, you’re in for another emotional ride.

In her signature honest and heartfelt style, Ball described The Thing About Falling as Vulnerable AF’s “sister,” sharing on Facebook that she often writes through her toughest moments — and sometimes her happiest ones too. “I find so much power and strength in your weakest moments,” she said, reminding us once again why her words resonate so deeply.

As the lead vocalist of the Grammy-winning group Tank and The Bangas, Ball’s ability to turn emotions into powerful storytelling has always been her superpower. Now, she’s channeling that same magic onto the page once again.
