Wu-Tang Clan legend Raekwon and Queensbridge icons Mobb Deep are hitting the road together this fall for a once-in-a-generation celebration of two albums that changed the sound of East Coast rap.

The Only Built 4 Cuban Linx… and The Infamous 30th Anniversary Tour—produced by Live Nation and presented by LOUD Live—will pair Raekwon and Mobb Deep’s Havoc on one stage for a seamless set of classics. Kicking off November 13 in Portland, Oregon, the 19-city run will hit major stops including Los Angeles, Chicago, Toronto, New York, and Miami before wrapping on December 15 in South Florida.

“Me and Havoc from Mobb will be pure hip-hop at its finest,” Raekwon said in a statement shared with I Love Us. “This is gonna take rap shows to the next level—guaranteed!”

Havoc echoed the sentiment, calling the tour “pure, raw, unfiltered energy on stage,” and adding that The Purple Tape is essential to his own story. “The world doesn’t exist to me without that purple tape in it,” he said. “This will be a tour the fans will never forget.”

Steve Rifkind, CEO of LOUD Live, put it plainly: “This tour defines what hip-hop means to the culture—30 years of greatness, and two Top 10 hip-hop albums of all time. When this tour comes to your city, you’re definitely going to witness greatness at its best—with a ton of surprises.”

Two Albums That Shaped the Culture

Released in 1995, Raekwon’s Only Built 4 Cuban Linx…— known to fans simply as The Purple Tape—set a new bar for cinematic storytelling and helped pioneer the mafioso rap subgenre. That same year, Mobb Deep dropped The Infamous, a gritty, uncompromising portrait of Queensbridge life that cemented the duo’s place in the hip-hop canon with tracks like “Shook Ones Pt. II.”

For the first time, fans will hear these two legacies braided together live, with Raekwon and Havoc moving in and out of each other’s sets for a career-spanning performance. Expect surprise guests, deep cuts, and the kind of energy that made these records timeless.
